Refund Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise and you may no longer be able to attend a ceremony. In this case, we kindly invite you to resell or gift your ticket to a loved one. Where possible, and with sufficient notice, we can attempt to resell your space. If we are able to fill it, we’re happy to offer you an alternative date to journey with us, or a refund.
Late Policy
Out of consideration for all guests and the integrity of our ceremonies, we are unable to allow entry if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. This helps us maintain a calm, uninterrupted space for everyone present.
