Refund Policy
We appreciate that life happens, and plans can change. To ensure fairness for all guests and to maintain the integrity of our events, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise and you may no longer be able to attend a ceremony. In this case, we kindly invite you to resell or gift your ticket to a loved one.
Where possible, and with sufficient notice, we can attempt to resell your space. If we are able to fill it, we're happy to offer you an alternative date to journey with us, or a refund no-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.
in the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a session in unforeseen circumstances e.g. Weather, Venue unavailability, Illness or emergency, then participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
If you are unable to attend any future sessions as a reschedule then a full refund will be offered.
We are grateful for your understanding and look forward to providing you with a safe, tranquil, and therapeutic experience. Thank you for respecting our time and the energy we put into each sound bath on land.
Late Policy
To enable us to fully prepare the space, we kindly ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Out of consideration for all guests and the integrity of our ceremonies, we are unable to allow entry if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. This helps us maintain a calm, uninterrupted space for everyone present.
